     2-4-8 Hour Asbestos Awareness Training

     Courses designed to give personnel who work around asbestos containing materials, (but do not necessarily come into direct contact with the material), they will get a better understanding of the danger involved.  Subject include, but are not limited to:

Physical Characteristics, Uses and Applications
Health Effects
Personal Protection
Emergency Decon Procedures

16- Hour Operations and Maintenance Course

     A two day course designed to give maintenance personnel a better understanding of the requirements when working around asbestos containing building materials.  Subjects include, but are not limited to:

Physical Characteristics, Uses and Applications
Health Effects
Personal Protection
Operations and Maintenance Planning
Control Methods
Hands-On-Training

     During this course, we will conduct a glovebag demonstration and a building of a mini-enclosure.   Certification will be awarded upon a successful completion of a written exam.
