Coast Environmental Training Service Welcomes You! Coast Environmental Training Service is a full service testing and monitoring laboratory for the asbestos abatement industry. CETS is also able to provide you with State of the Art Training from Asbestos Awareness to EPA/AHERA approved training courses, including Project Design, one of the few in Southern California, to offer this training. Even though CETS is a relatively new firm, established in April of 1994, the owner operators have over 20 years combined experience working in the Asbestos Industry. Ms. Randal, is a Certified Asbestos Consultant with the State of California andMs Randall & Henry Lee are certified Trainers for EPA/AHERA approved training courses. CETS is able to provide quality service at reasonable and competitive rates. From Building Inspections, to Project Design, to Final Air Clearance testing. CETS utilizes only certified personnel, and proficient laboratories, to maintain the quality of the services provided.
